• Processing begins when we receive your order – no weekend or holiday rodeos at our warehouse
• Delivery times are estimates – sometimes even the fastest stallion hits rough terrain

International Shipping
We’re proud to wrangle western style to fashion lovers worldwide (except those few areas our stagecoaches haven’t reached yet). International orders may be subject to customs fees – that’s between you and your local sheriff (customs office).
Returns & Exchanges
If your gear doesn’t fit right or isn’t what you expected, you’ve got 15 days after delivery to send it back for a refund or exchange. Just make sure those boots (or shirts, or dresses) are unworn with tags still attached, partner.
