What kind of clothing does Wrangle Clothing specialize in?

Are your products true to size?
Our gear is designed with the same attention to fit as a custom saddle! Each product page includes detailed sizing charts to help you find your perfect fit. We recommend checking these measurements against your favorite well-fitting garments before ordering.

Shipping & Delivery

Where does Wrangle Clothing ship?
We’re proud to wrangle our western style to fashion lovers worldwide! However, our stagecoach routes haven’t yet reached Asia and some remote territories. We’re constantly expanding our delivery network, so check back often if we don’t currently serve your area.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two trusty shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate) – Faster than a quickdraw with DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping – For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships (faster than you can say “yeehaw!”), we’ll send you a tracking number. You can follow your package’s journey from our Philadelphia headquarters right to your front porch, just like tracking cattle on the open range.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
If your gear doesn’t fit right or isn’t what you expected, you’ve got 15 days after delivery to send it back for a refund or exchange. Just make sure those items are unworn with tags still attached, partner. We want you to be as happy with your purchase as a cowboy with a fresh pair of boots!
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Simply contact our customer service team with your order number and details about what you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll send you all the instructions you need to get your items back to us safely.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, as well as PayPal for your convenience. Your payment information is processed securely – we guard it tighter than a bank vault in the Wild West!
Will I be charged customs fees for international orders?
International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are between you and your local sheriff (customs office), so we recommend checking with them before ordering if you’re concerned about additional charges.
