Howdy partner! At Wrangle Clothing, we want you to be as happy with your western wear as a cowboy is with his favorite boots. If something ain’t quite right with your order, we’ll make it right faster than you can say “yeehaw!”

Our Return & Exchange Promise

We stand behind our authentic western apparel like a rancher stands behind his herd. You’ve got 15 days from delivery date to return or exchange items that don’t fit your style or size.

⚠️ Items We Can’t Take Back

While we’re happy to take back most items, there are a few things we can’t accept returns on:

  • Items that show signs of wear or have been washed
  • Products without original tags attached
  • Personalized or custom-made items (like monogrammed shirts)

How to Start Your Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Corral

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Which items you’d like to return/exchange
  • The reason for return/exchange

Subject: Return/Exchange Request for Order #[Your Order Number]

Email Body:

Howdy Wrangle Team,

I’d like to request a [return/exchange] for my order #[Your Order Number].

Items to return/exchange: [List item names and sizes]

Reason: [Fit issue, wrong size, changed mind, etc.]

For exchanges, I’d like: [New item name and size, if applicable]

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, pack your items with:

  • All original tags attached
  • Items in original condition (unworn, unwashed)
  • Original packaging if possible

Step 3: Ship It Back

We’ll provide return shipping instructions. You can choose:

  • Prepaid Label: $8.95 deducted from your refund (US customers only)
  • Self-Arranged Shipping: Ship to our ranch at your expense

When You’ll Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: New items shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive your return

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and international customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your gear arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us faster than a jackrabbit! We’ll send replacements pronto, no return needed for damaged items.
