Howdy partner! At Wrangle Clothing, we aim to get your authentic western wear to you faster than a mustang across the prairie. And if something ain’t quite right, we’ll make it right quicker than you can rope a calf!

Shipping Information

Order Processing: We’ll wrangle up your order and get it ready to ship within 1-2 business days after payment clears.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders. We don’t ship to some Asian countries and remote areas – if you’re unsure, just holler at us!

Our Return & Exchange Promise

We stand behind our western apparel like a cowboy stands behind his trusty steed. You’ve got 15 days from delivery date to return or exchange items that don’t fit your style or size.

Items We Can’t Take Back

  • Items showing signs of wear or that have been washed
  • Products without original tags attached
  • Personalized or custom-made items (like our monogrammed shirts)

How to Start Your Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Corral

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Which items you’d like to return/exchange
  • The reason for return/exchange

Subject: Return/Exchange Request for Order #[Your Order Number]

Email Body:
Howdy Wrangle Team,

I’d like to request a [return/exchange] for my order #[Your Order Number].

Items to return/exchange: [List item names and sizes]
Reason: [Fit issue, wrong size, changed mind, etc.]
For exchanges, I’d like: [New item name and size, if applicable]

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, pack your items with:

  • All original tags attached
  • Items in original condition (unworn, unwashed)
  • Original packaging if possible

Step 3: Ship It Back

We’ll provide return shipping instructions. You can choose:

  • Prepaid Label: $8.95 deducted from your refund (US customers only)
  • Self-Arranged Shipping: Ship to our ranch at your expense

When You’ll Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: New items shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive your return

Important Notes:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • We accept returns via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal – refunds will go back to your original payment method

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your gear arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us faster than a jackrabbit! We’ll send replacements pronto, no return needed for damaged items.
